Show your upcoming gigs on your Mucanto profile, with covers and ticket links
Confirmed bookings can now appear as Upcoming Events on your public profile, each with its own cover image and an optional Book a Ticket button.

Your next gig is the best advert you have. When people visit your Mucanto profile and see that you are playing a wedding fair next Saturday or a rooftop party next month, they know straight away that you are active, in demand and worth booking. That is exactly what Upcoming Events on your gig profile is for.
Every confirmed booking can now appear on your public profile, with its own cover image and, if you like, a button that sends fans straight to the ticket page.
What Upcoming Events does
Once a booking is confirmed, it can be shown in the Upcoming Events section of your public profile. You decide, event by event, what visitors see:
Show or hide each event. Public gigs such as festivals, bar nights or open concerts can be shown. Private or not-yet-announced events can stay hidden: they remain confirmed bookings, they just are not public.
Give each event a cover. Use your existing gig cover photo, or upload a custom image just for that event (up to 2 MB). A festival poster or a photo of the venue works brilliantly.
Add a ticket link (optional). Paste a link from Eventbrite, Ticketmaster or any other ticketing site and fans will see a Book a Ticket button that takes them there. No link, no button: the field is entirely optional.
Nothing to tidy up. Events disappear from your profile automatically once they have taken place.
Only confirmed bookings can be shown, so everything that appears is real, which is exactly what makes it convincing.
Why it helps you get booked
It shows you are in demand
Event hosts comparing musicians look for signs of experience. A profile with a few upcoming gigs tells them other people already trust you with their events.
It turns your profile into a gig guide
Fans who follow you on Instagram or TikTok want to know where they can see you next. Sending them to one link with every public date, cover and ticket button is simpler than posting each gig separately.
It sells tickets for the organiser
If you are playing a ticketed show, the Book a Ticket button helps the organiser fill the room. Organisers remember musicians who bring an audience, and that leads to repeat bookings.
How to set it up
Open your profile dashboard on Mucanto. Your confirmed bookings and their event settings are managed from there.
For each confirmed event, choose whether to show it on your profile or keep it hidden.
Pick the cover: Use Gig Cover Photo, or Upload a Custom Cover (maximum 2 MB).
If the event sells tickets, add the ticket booking link.
Visit your public profile to check how the event looks to visitors.
You can change these settings at any time, so you can add the ticket link later, once the organiser has opened sales.
Tips for great-looking events
Ask before you show. Weddings, corporate dinners and private parties are usually best kept hidden unless the client is happy for you to share them.
Use landscape images. A wide, bright image looks best as a cover. Keep it under 2 MB by exporting it as a JPG at a normal web size.
Check the ticket link. Open it on your phone before adding it, and make sure it goes to the right date and venue.
Share your profile, not just the poster. When you post about a gig, link to your Mucanto profile so new fans can also see your other dates, your music and how to book you.
